This policy explains how TaskClaw handles information when you use its public website, app, and related support services.
TaskClaw does not sell personal information or use it for unrelated business purposes.
When you contact us, we receive the email address and information you choose to include. We use it to respond, provide support, investigate problems, and protect the service.
Some features can be used without creating an account. Account-backed features require registration or sign-in.
TaskClaw supports a guest identity and registered accounts. Account features process your account identifier, name, email address, authentication sessions, and the sign-in provider information needed for the method you choose.
TaskClaw keeps authentication state, preferences, cached tasks and reminders, and pending offline changes on your device. Queued changes are synchronized with the service when a connection is available.
TaskClaw processes the ideas, tasks, reminders, goals, work plans, comments, and attachments you submit so these features can be stored and used with your account or guest identity.
When you request an AI-assisted feature, the relevant input and task or product context is sent to the configured AI service to generate the requested response. Avoid including information you do not want processed by that service.
Subscription features process billing status and transaction references needed to verify purchases and restore access. Support requests process the information you choose to provide.
You can request account deletion in TaskClaw. Registered accounts require confirmation and a recent identity check. The deletion flow removes the account and credentials and clears local authentication.
Attachment-provider cleanup may continue after account deletion. A completed account deletion does not promise immediate physical purging from the media provider or its backups; that cleanup follows the provider’s retention policy.
Our public websites may process technical request information through hosting and security systems and may use aggregate page analytics to understand which pages are visited and improve our content.
Cookies are not required to read this public page. A website or third-party service may use cookies when needed for security, preferences, media, or aggregate measurement.
We may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with legal obligations or when a user's actions violate our Terms of Use.
We may use service providers when needed to operate the public website or the features described above. They may process only the information needed for the service they provide, subject to their terms and our applicable agreements.
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes may be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
